Role Description

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with MOZAIQ and Client stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the software automation solution. Translate the business requirements into functional and technical specifications, the latter jointly with the technology development team
• Process Improvement: Create process maps, workflows, and visual models of the as-is and to-be processes to support recommendations
• Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between business teams and MOZAIQ Technical (Development), Quality Control (QC), and Production Support teams; Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with all stakeholders
• Documentation: Create the Business Requirement Document (BRD), Product Specification Document, the Product Summary Document, and others as required
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for continual optimization, and map to Executive dashboards
• Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations and provide regular updates to Client and MOZAIQ executives on the progress of product implementations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a role with similar responsibilities and role requirements
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of SQL or data analysis techniques is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities and work under tight deadlines

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Master’s Degree (optional) is a plus

Role Description

• Lead the quality assurance efforts with a focus on automated testing.
• Develop and implement comprehensive automated testing strategies and frameworks.
• Design, write, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and practices.
• Collaborate closely with development, product management, and other stakeholders to ensurecomprehensive test coverage and alignment with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement of the automated testing process, infrastructure, and tools toincrease efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure the automated QA team adheres to quality standards and testing best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve test script quality and framework architecture.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on automation scripts and frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automated testing.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript (Python preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps Pipeline.

Role Description

• Review and verify the loan against supporting documentation to ensure file is meeting agency and client overlays
• Analyze loan risk and request additional information through conditions and third-party ordering as needed
• Check loan eligibility decisions and the correctness of approving or rejecting applications
• Verify, add, delete, or waive conditions as applicable in Encompass based on each pipeline/broker
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and guideline
• Document and communicate reasons for the approval/rejection of loans to onshore underwriter
• Submit the loan to onshore underwriter for final review once initial review has been completed
• Update information on Encompass and validate LOS information against the documents provided in imaging

Qualifications

• 4+ years of underwriting experience, Govt. programs added advantage
• Experience in Encompass preferred, not mandatory
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written), strong data analysis skills, and high mathematical aptitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and automated underwriting systems
• Willingness to work in any shift

• Perform loan setup and Indexing on the documents received
• Request additional information through conditions and third-party ordering as needed
• Understanding of mortgage loan products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA) and knowledge of mortgage procedures, processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and guideline
• Update information on Encompass and validate LOS information against the documents provided in imaging
• Communicate with transaction stakeholders and maintain accuracy on the loans assigned
• Submit loans to underwriter for review once loan setup, indexing and processing has been completed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mortgage experience, loan processing experience added advantage
• Understanding of loan underwriting and processing procedures
• Experience in Encompass preferred, not mandatory
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written), strong data analysis skills, and high mathematical aptitude
