Mr. Shivpuri is a founding member of MOZAIQ. As an executive, Mr. Shivpuri has successfully raised capital and built high performance technology and business services firms with a track record of demonstrated returns for investors. His diversified experience comes from working at a venture firm, founding two technology product companies (Northstar Software – a wealth management platform; Prelytics – a consumer insights and research platform) and a business services company (Trinity Partners – a business process outsourcing firm for the mortgage and title industry).
LANDON CLARK,
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Landon Clark is a highly experienced technology executive with a focus on B2B products and financial services. Prior to MOZAIQ, Landon was the founder and CEO of Zenna – a relationship building personal assistant for the real-estate market. Zenna helps real-estate agents build authentic trusted relationships with their prospects and clients. Earlier in his career, Landon was VP of Technology at Trinity Partners (acquired by NYSE:WNS) where he built and led a 250 person product development team focused on Mortgage Origination and SaaS Title and Escrow software. After Trinity, Landon was the VP of Engineering for Kontagent where he was responsible for all aspects of engineering and product development and the Chief Technology Officer for Wildflower Health where he built a HIPPA compliant mobile platform. Landon started his career at Scient during the dot com boom where he led teams building some of the earliest Fortune 500 web applications.
BRANDI SHOEMAKER,
CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER
Ms. Shoemaker oversees business development and product strategy as an executive member of the MOZAIQ team. With over 20 years of Mortgage Banking and Financial Services experience that spans across operations, production, business process outsourcing, software development and product management, Ms. Shoemaker is able to take a wide view of the unique challenges and needs of the financial services sector. Throughout her career, Ms. Shoemaker has shown expertise in building a collaborative and client focused culture within every project she leads.
FRANCESCO PAOLA,
CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER
Francesco is a business executive and technology entrepreneur with over 25 years of global leadership experience in enabling enterprises to adopt innovative and transformational technology solutions at scale. Francesco has spent his career delivering technology strategy and implementation services at the forefront of innovation, including deploying some of the first ecommerce solutions in Financial Services, developing innovative payment platforms, enabling the adoption of outsourced technology and business services, helping enterprises adopt the transformational power of hybrid cloud computing, and most recently driving the proliferation of intelligent automation solutions in the enterprise.
He holds an MBA from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from MIT.
DAVID LANDAU,
SVP CLIENT SERVICES
Mr. Landau is a seasoned client services executive with a passion for driving operational excellence through digital transformation and business process improvement. He has extensive experience leading high-performing global teams to deliver results for clients with a critical-thinking and consensus-building style aimed at building long-lasting and trusted client relationships. Prior to joining MozaIQ, he served as Global Client Services Executive at Assimilate Solutions (acquired by SitusAMC, a Stone Point Capital company), where he was responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of global Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) and Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) services to US mortgage banks. His career also includes providing operations, marketing and IT consulting services to Fortune 500 clients as a project manager and client partner as well as executive roles in the mortgage domain at Countrywide and Bank of America.
Mr. Landau holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics from Harvard University and an MBA degree in Decision Systems and Operations Management from USC’s Marshall School of Business.
NATHAN WRIGHT,
LEGAL SERVICES
Nathan C. Wright, Esq. is a principal of the company and his law firm, Wright PLLC, has acted as outside general counsel to MOZAIQ, LLC since the company’s inception. Mr. Wright has substantial experience in representing settlement service providers and is familiar with issues relating to outsourcing in the residential mortgage ecosystem. Mr. Wright previously served as Deputy General Counsel for one of the nation’s largest privately-owned mortgage companies, with responsibility for managing the corporate transactional legal department and advising executive management on a full range of legal, regulatory and compliance issues. Mr. Wright also currently represents several licensed title insurance agencies within the State of Arizona.
Mr. Wright earned his Juris Doctor, with high distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law in May 1999, and Bachelor of Science in Political Science, cum laude, from Texas Christian University in May 1996.
